Kreezalid Enterprise

An enterprise marketplace that fits into your information system

For projects that have to connect to an ERP, a PIM, a CRM, a single sign-on or an existing back office, follow your own workflows and pass your security review. A proven platform underneath, and a Kreezalid team running the project with you.

On quoteScoped and quoted per project

Enterprise is for you if…

  • Your marketplace has to exchange data with systems you already run: ERP, PIM, CRM, logistics, an existing back office.
  • Your users already have company accounts and should sign in with them.
  • Your model has workflows of its own — approvals, quotes, specific order or seller journeys.
  • Your IT, security or procurement teams need a named contact, a contract and guarantees.

What the platform brings to the project

Enterprise projects start from what Kreezalid already does in production, so the budget goes to what is specific to you rather than to rebuilding a marketplace.

APIs

An admin API (listings, categories, orders, users, shipping rates, notifications…) and a partners API for sellers’ own systems, both documented in OpenAPI.

Webhooks

User, listing and order events pushed to your systems as they happen, through a delivery queue.

Catalogue imports and sync

Bulk catalogue imports with field mappings, and catalogue sync channels with their sync reports.

SAML single sign-on

Your users sign in with their company identity provider, through a SAML configuration set up for your domain.

Roles and audit trail

Admin roles and permissions for your team, and an audit trail of changes to users, listings and orders.

Separate environments

Production, staging and development environments, so changes are tested before they reach your users.

What the Kreezalid team delivers for you

Scoped per project, written into the quote, delivered and maintained by the team that builds the platform.

Connections to your systems

ERP, PIM, CRM, logistics or an existing back office: we build the connections your project needs, on top of the APIs and webhooks.

Specific workflows

The journeys that make your model different — approvals, quotes, seller onboarding, order flows — developed on the platform.

Project management

A named project lead, a planning, regular steering points and acceptance testing in a staging environment before go-live.

Negotiated SLAs

Service levels for availability, support and response times, agreed in your contract.

On-premise or your own cloud

When your policy requires it, the marketplace can be hosted on your infrastructure, including your own cloud account.

Security audits

Security audits on your project, and the answers your security team needs for its review.

How an Enterprise project runs

  1. 1

    Discovery

Your use case, your systems and your constraints, with the people who will run the marketplace and the ones who own the IT.

  2. 2

    Scope and architecture

Which data flows where, what is standard and what is built for you, the hosting and the service levels — written down and quoted.

  3. 3

    Build and acceptance

Configuration, connections and specific developments, tested with your team in a staging environment.

  4. 4

    Go-live and run

Launch, training, then support and evolutions under the terms agreed in your contract.

Custom where it matters, standard everywhere else

A platform already in production

Catalogue, orders, payments, sellers and back office already work. Your budget pays for your specifics, not for reinventing a marketplace.

Specifics built on the platform

Connections and workflows are built on Kreezalid’s APIs and extension points, so your marketplace keeps receiving platform updates.

One team, end to end

The people who scope the project are the ones who build the platform. No hand-off between a sales agency and a subcontractor.

Enterprise FAQs

How much does an Enterprise project cost?

Enterprise is quoted per project, after a discovery phase: the cost depends on the systems to connect, the specific workflows and the hosting and service levels you need. The quote is written before the build starts.

Can Kreezalid connect to our ERP, PIM or CRM?

Yes, as part of the project. The platform has a documented admin API, a partners API and webhooks; the Kreezalid team builds the connections to your systems on top of them, scoped in your quote.

Do you support single sign-on?

Yes. Kreezalid supports SAML single sign-on, configured for your domain and your identity provider.

Can the marketplace be hosted on our own infrastructure?

Yes, as an option: on-premise hosting, including in your own cloud account, can be scoped for projects whose policy requires it. By default, Kreezalid hosts and operates the marketplace for you.

Do you offer SLAs and security audits?

Yes. Service levels are negotiated in your contract, and security audits can be included in the project scope.

What is the difference between Enterprise and Kreezalid Plus?

Plus is an accompanied setup on the standard platform: configuration, data import, a branded theme, payments, training and light custom developments. Enterprise adds connections to third-party systems, specific workflows, project management and contractual guarantees.
