Build a B2B marketplace professional buyers will actually order from

Companies do not buy like consumers. They want an account for their business, a quote before they commit, a price they negotiated and suppliers someone has checked. Kreezalid gives you those building blocks without a development project — for products, services or equipment sold between businesses.

In short

A B2B marketplace is an online platform where companies buy from other companies — wholesalers, manufacturers, service firms, equipment owners — while the operator earns a commission or a subscription. B2B is not a category of goods: it changes who the buyer is. What sets it apart is company accounts, quotes and negotiated prices, larger orders, and suppliers vetted before they can sell. Kreezalid covers those needs with built-in settings, apps and an API, and says plainly where a project needs scoping.

B2B is a business model, not a marketplace type

The same marketplace engine runs B2B products, services and rentals. Pick the model that matches what changes hands, then add the B2B layer on top. How the platform earns money is a separate choice — commission, subscription or listing fees, compared in our guide to marketplace business models.

Wholesale and B2B products

Brands, manufacturers and wholesalers selling to shops, restaurants, workshops or offices.

A catalogue imported from a spreadsheet, minimum order quantities, a members-only catalogue and negotiated prices on large orders.

B2B services

Agencies, consultants, technicians and freelancers hired by companies.

Quote requests from the listing, a conversation before the order, and orders the provider accepts before the buyer’s card is charged.

Service marketplaces →

B2B equipment rental

Machines, tools, vehicles or event equipment rented out to professionals.

Availability calendars, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rates, and renters approved before they can book.

How a B2B marketplace differs from a B2C one

Checkout is the last step of a longer purchase. Our guide to creating a B2B marketplace covers the niche, the first suppliers and growth; this is what changes in the product itself.

What B2B buyers and suppliers need — and how Kreezalid covers it

Each need says how it is covered today: built into the platform, through an app from the App Store, through the API, partly, or on request with our team.

Business accounts and separate signups

Built in

Create user groups for buyers and suppliers, each with its own signup form and its own fields — company number, documents as file uploads — and an organisation account type.

Several employees per company

On request

Each account is one login today. Colleagues buying under one company account, with their own roles, is not built in: tell us how your buyers are organised and our team will scope it.

Review before anyone trades

Built in

Send each new member of a group to the moderators you name for review, and require approval before a supplier’s listing goes live.

A members-only catalogue

App

The Private Marketplace app puts the whole marketplace behind a login: visitors sign in or register before they can browse.

Quote requests

App

With Quote Requests, buyers ask a supplier for a custom quote straight from the listing, and both sides are notified by email.

Negotiated prices

App

With Price Offers, a buyer proposes a price in the conversation, the supplier accepts or declines it, and the buyer checks out at the agreed amount.

Minimum order quantities

Built in

Turn on a minimum quantity for a type of listing and each supplier sets it on their listings; the cart starts at that quantity.

Volume pricing

Partly

Automatic price breaks by quantity are not built in for products. Suppliers sell pack sizes as variants, each with its own price, or agree large orders through Price Offers. Rentals can switch to weekly or monthly rates for longer periods.

Large catalogues

Built in

Suppliers import their catalogue from a CSV, XLSX or ODS file with saved column mappings, and sell variants with their own price, stock and SKU. A supplier’s WooCommerce store can be synced on a schedule, set up with our team.

Orders the supplier accepts first

Built in

The buyer’s card can be authorised at checkout and charged only when the supplier accepts the order, so nobody pays for stock that is not there.

Payments, commission and payouts

Built in

Buyers pay by card through Stripe Connect or Lemonway. Each payment is split: suppliers are paid out automatically and you keep your commission.

Payment terms and bank transfer

On request

Checkout takes card payments. Paying on 30-day terms or by bank transfer is not built in; if your buyers need it, our team can scope it with you.

Invoices and VAT

Partly

Billing details are collected at checkout and suppliers attach their invoice to each order for the buyer. Kreezalid does not issue tax invoices on suppliers’ behalf: connect your invoicing tool through webhooks or the API.

Supplier verification

Built in

Identity and business verification run through your payment provider’s onboarding — Stripe Connect or Lemonway — before a supplier is paid out.

Single sign-on

On request

SAML single sign-on for corporate users can be provisioned on your marketplace.

ERP, accounting and CRM

API

A REST API covers users, listings, variants, categories and orders, and webhooks push new users, listings and orders to your stack. There is no ready-made ERP connector: the integration is built on the API, by your developers or ours.

B2B marketplace FAQs

What is a B2B marketplace?

An online platform where companies buy from other companies — wholesalers, manufacturers, service providers or equipment owners — through one storefront run by an operator, who earns a commission or a subscription. It can sell products, services or rentals; what makes it B2B is the buyer.

Can I build a wholesale marketplace with Kreezalid?

Yes. Suppliers import their catalogue from a spreadsheet, you can set minimum order quantities, keep the catalogue behind a login with the Private Marketplace app and let buyers negotiate with Price Offers. Automatic price breaks by quantity are not built in: pack sizes are sold as variants instead.

Can buyers ask for a quote instead of paying straight away?

Yes. The Quote Requests app lets a buyer request a custom quote from the listing, and Price Offers lets them propose a price that the supplier accepts or declines before checkout.

How do I control who can buy and sell?

Each user group has its own signup form and fields, new members can be sent to your moderators for review, listings can require approval before they go live, and suppliers are verified by your payment provider — Stripe Connect or Lemonway — before they are paid.

Which payment methods do buyers get?

Card payments through Stripe Connect or Lemonway, split automatically between the supplier and your commission. Payment on terms or by bank transfer is not built in; our team can scope it if your buyers need it.

Can Kreezalid connect to our ERP?

Through the REST API and webhooks: orders, listings and users can be read and written by your ERP or middleware. There is no ready-made ERP connector, so the integration is a project — ours or your developers’.

How much does a B2B marketplace cost on Kreezalid?

You build privately on Build for €39 a month and open on Launch at €129 a month, with no development to pay for. Larger or integration-heavy B2B projects get a scoped, accompanied setup from our team — the demo is where we size it.

Tell us how your buyers buy. We will show you the marketplace for it.
